Michael Chant Director LREA Michael is the leader and guiding force of Shore Partners. He is a second-generation real estate agent, literally growing up in an environment of buying, selling and managing property. Prior to building Shore Partners, Michael worked in the finance industry before deciding that property was his passion. He joined the Asset Realty Group in 1981, initially in sales, then a franchisee and ultimately as a franchisor. He created the Shore Partners brand in 1995 with the goal of service first and a core value of “Excellence in Real Estate”. Put simply, he listens to his clients, gives them the right advice first time, and gets the best price. Michael’s attitude embodies commitment, professionalism and integrity. He achieves outstanding results through a tireless work ethic, immense experience and his ability to communicate.
