Idyllic Haven on the basin
For nearly twenty years our owner has enjoyed all that this home her son built her has to offer.
She loves the location - the view over Panmure Basin at full tide, the wading birds on the flats, and the enjoyment the foreshore gives to families watching their children at the playground or sharing an evening picnic table with friends. For the more active, walking or jogging the promenade or practising your fly fishing are popular pursuits.
From an elevated setting on the lounge deck overlooking the garden, it's easy to slide back the glass doors and appreciate the simple open plan spaciousness of her comfortable home within. All three bedrooms are double and the wide central hallway connecting them links to a convenient single garage.
Such one level living makes for easy wheelchair access throughout if needed. It's tidy, sunny and quiet tucked off the road but easily accessible for public trains and buses to city and shops.
It's now time to move north to family land, and reluctantly she'll say goodbye knowing her good friends and neighbours will be missed. Believe me ,you will love it as much as she did.
